If you are 60 or over, you know that as you grow older your health care needs change. That's why we have developed GoldenCare for anyone 60 years of age or older. GoldenCare is a program of health care related services designed to meet your needs. GoldenCare offers its members numerous free health care benefits, such as free health programs, screenings, educational offerings and social events, as well as discounts on selected health care services.
